I was hoping that you guys at Proper Games could shed some light on a rumor i've been hearing around the forums for Ruffian Games. I've heard that Proper Games is the studio that are creating the DLC for Crackdown 2. Is this true?

Not so much a rumour but a fact

(There was an official press release on this last month).

We're been co-developing the DLC packs with Ruffian for the last few months and if you're a Crackdown fan you'll not be disappointed. Suffice to say, the DLC is jam packed with new stuff across the board.

It's been a great experience, Ruffian are a delight to work with, and we're over the moon to be involved with the franchise.

Thank you so much, you've made my day! I am a die-hard crackdown fan! I bought Crackdown and got rid of a Halo 3 beta code on the same day! I also Pre ordered Crackdown 2 and I love everything about it. I have the upmost confidence in Proper Games and Ruffian Games to prolong and improve that feeling of total destructive freedom and self-made mayhem that crackdown fans love in the upcoming DLC packs! Thanks, Proper Games!

Also, would it be too cheeky to ask for details about the DLC, or is that too far?

Can't say too much unfortunately as obviously this is Ruffian and Microsoft's baby overall, but there are two new vehicles, several new weapons, some fun new bits of equipment, a few more game modes and a substantial number of new arenas spread over the new and existing game modes.

But if you love Crackdown, you'll love what's coming.

I bought crackdown 2, I enjoyed it.But.....Where are the pistols????
Why did they removed pistols from crackdown 2????
Now that i know that you work on the dlc.I ask you ,no,I beg you.Put some pistols in the dlc for crackdown 2.Please you're my only hope....like obewan kenobi(

Or just put back the old hand pistols,but at least don't forget hand pistols.

Pleaaaaase Pistols.......

I just think about it...if the agent could fight with no weapon in hands....would be cool.
